Production Time: Each instrument is custom-made with love and care. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for your order to be crafted.

Shipping Time: Once your instrument is ready, it will ship from our workshop. Estimated shipping times will vary depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and the weight of your order.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
We understand that ordering a custom instrument is a big decision. Here's what you need to know about returns:

Custom-Made Instruments: Due to the personalized nature of our ukuleles and guitars, we generally do not accept returns. Each instrument is made to your unique specifications.

Damaged or Defective Instruments: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective instrument, please contact us immediately. We'll gladly replace it for you. To initiate a replacement, please provide us with photos and a description of the issue within 3 days of receiving your order.

Wrong Product: If you receive an instrument that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we'll arrange for a replacement.
